MIT R&D cooperation projects
For qualifying small and medium-sized businesses collaborating on industrial research or experimental development. We can help assess the partnership, R&D plan and supporting evidence.
Official programme ↗Different R&D projects need different funding routes. CyberAI helps Dutch technology companies compare programme requirements, structure credible proposals and prepare the technical evidence reviewers need.
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) manages or supports access to several Dutch and international innovation programmes. Eligibility depends on the applicant, development stage, partners, geography and the specific open call.
Some routes offer a tax incentive (such as WBSO), others are competitive grants (such as MIT R&D), while Innovatiekrediet is a repayable innovation credit subject to programme terms. We help organisations understand these differences before they commit time to a proposal.
Programmes and calls can change. This page describes advisory scope and does not claim that every programme is currently accepting applications. See RVO's official funding directory ↗
All examples are conditional on official eligibility rules, national funding arrangements and individual call opening dates.

A software project could be unsuitable for WBSO but relevant to a competitive collaboration call—or vice versa. Innovatiekrediet involves repayment conditions and must never be presented as a non-repayable grant. We start with the scheme's real rules.
We help you ask the right questions, not promise outcomes.
No. RVO is the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. It administers or supports multiple schemes, each with separate conditions and decision processes.
No. It is innovation financing with repayment terms. The applicable conditions must be reviewed carefully before applying.
Not outside the official application window. We can help prepare a project for a future call, but opening dates and eligibility must be confirmed on the official programme page.
Sometimes, but restrictions on funding the same costs, state-aid rules and each scheme's conditions must be checked. We do not assume support can automatically be combined.
No. CyberAI is independent of RVO and cannot promise an award. Submission on a client's behalf is possible only where the required representation and access arrangements are in place.
Our WBSO page explains technical newness, software development bottlenecks, application drafting and RVO question support.
Share the technology area, development phase, company location, expected partners and rough timeline. We can agree on a focused advisory scope.
